I brought my car in unannounced first thing on Friday morning with a nail in my tire. There were already 2 cars in the garage that were being worked on but without hesitation they immediately took the tire out of my trunk, removed the nail, patched the tire and put in back on my car. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. My intention was to drive up to visit my daughter in N.H. that day so I was very appreciative of how quickly they took care of everything.

Having your car serviced at this station is a lot like being in a waiting room while a loved one is in surgery and a doctor or nurse keeps popping in to update you. Or to invite you into the operating room so you can see what's going on for yourself. They found a crack in my battery case and took me into the garage to show me. Diane Larson (the owner) brought out my twig-filled cabin filter so I could see that it was starting to look like a squirrel condominium.Everything they felt my car needed was explained to me in detail. Diane even had photo albums filled with pictures of car parts so I could really understand. At one point a mechanic took me under the car (it was on a lift, we didn't shrink) to show me the work that had been done.They also checked online for any recalls on my model.And how many service stations have you been to where they make you a cup of coffee and set you up in their outdoor waiting room by a lake?
