I have recently had the pleasure of finally finding a Mechanical Service center with heart and knowledge, as well as the ability to actually FIX my car! While I still have a way to go to get my car running perfectly, thanks largely to past mechanics not doing their jobs properly, or more importantly, HONESTLY, I feel certain I have found the right place and the right people who will help me keep my car running smoothly, for many years to come.Thank you to the lovely Diane, for her kindness and patience...and to her wonderful mechanics. And a huge thank you to Taylor, an absolutely amazing young woman! Her patience with me in particular was incredible. Coming from years of having been lied to and treated like I was "less than" by male mechanics in the past, I found a human being willing to take the time to help me understand all that I needed to in order to feel comfortable and assured the proper work would be done. And it was done alright! Very happy indeed. Thank you all at Larson's Service Inc.

I have been a customer for over six years and have referred friends and relatives to Larson's a few times. Everyone has been satisfied with the service. I like that Diane takes a personal interest in each customer, that the technician working on my vehicle wants me to understand the diagnosis, and shows me the parts which they had to replace. The fact that I get a message on my email to tell me that my car is in need of service or just an inspection is a great convenience.
