As a service provider myself (electrician), part time motorcycle mechanic and a shade tree car mechanic, I know how hard it is to run a buisness in this service industry. All I ask when I hire anyone to perform a service is to do there job, and do it well. I had an undercoating done, and even though the job was a simple one, I can tell that the job was done well, keep in mind that this is a wet type oil based undercoating, and overapray could get messy and out of controll, they take great care that they don't spay areas they know could be a problem in the future. There customer service is also 1st rate! From start to finish, and even finding a couple candy peppermints and a buisness card in the cup holder.. nice touch! I usually don't have the time to write good reviews but Larsons's deserved my time.

Had a problem with my car and couldn't drive it. Dropped it off unannounced on a Monday morning and had it back that afternoon. Never been disappointed with their service.

I have had a wonderful experience. The work was done in a timely manner. They explained all the work to my vehicle in a way that I could understand. I would recommend Larsons to all my friends as they do an excellent job.

Very professional, courteous service. Was taken in on time and work was completed on time. This team has customer service nailed!! I came in about 1 1/2 hours early and they were able to take me in early. Huge help! They went out of their way to explain what work had been completed and what my next steps were. My first experience at Larson's. Staff was very friendly, personable and well organized. Needed only to have a tire plugged, yet it was done immediately. Difficult to give a full rating with such a short experience. Will do so with regard to quality, efficiency and fairness of price after a routine maintenance is performed.

I can't say enough good things about Larson's garage. Prompt service, they kept me informed about the work needed to be done, offered to set up a rental car for me and when I picked up my truck they went over the work that was done. I finally found a mechanic shop that cares about their customers. I will always get my work done here from now on.
