outstanding customer service! Although shorthanded and very busy, Larson's was able to accomodate my request, on short notice for their Mobil 1 oil change service. They fit me into their tight schedule so I could meet unforseen change to mine.

My car was checked over thoroughly and a few minor problems were discovered. Everything was explained to me completely by Taylor, including the cost, and I had the option of having it repaired then, or not. The problems were fixed, Taylor showed me the old, broken parts.
