This was honestly the epitome of great service. I’ve been going to the same mechanic for the last ten years, but I recently got a Hybrid and I needed to find someone new. I was so nervous about it, honestly. We have all heard stories about some mechanic gouging someone for silly things that they could charge you for. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the experience that I had there today. Considering COVID, they have taken such incredibly steps to ensure the safety of their patrons and their staff. While I couldn’t get in the building to actually talk with anybody about the problems I was having, Diane did an amazing job talking me through them on the phone. I was able to safely drop the keys in the slot and they even allow their customers to still wait there while they work on your car! There is a cozy little waiting area behind the building, overlooking the water in the pond, with chairs and tables. Diane described the problem that my car was having and what her team did to fix it. It didn’t involve any major repairs, mind you, but she was so helpful, descriptive, and understanding. She even scheduled me for my next regular maintenance appointment and took a payment for today’s work right there on the phone. I felt like I was definitely being taken care of and the level of service was exemplary. Diane and her staff did a tremendous job today. I’m happy to say that I have found a lifelong mechanic in Larson’s Service in Peabody and I will highly recommend it to everyone who asks!
